Boring

Yes, I know I should just shut up and be happy that I have a job... its a paycheck I can make rent and I can make my car payments. Yay me.
Not all radio jocks dream of doing the same pre-recorded crap every single day (and if you do then you probably suck, just saying...) but I love what I do when I can do it live and have fun! Cause really that's what this career is all about.
The job is essentially controlled chaos, it satisfies the wound-up need to be planned side of me and the goofy side of me!
I get so bored here, bored to the point of exhaustion ... I want to scream, climb the walls or pop out of my skin!
I am in the process of revising my resume and getting the F outta here!
Wish me luck!

"Home"

This is me, bored, not much to say or do out here in Godforsaken. I did learn from my neighbor that at one point my house, nicknamed The Murder House, was condemned. The piping is all rotting out so that's fun to deal with. Also at one point this house was planned on being torn down.
Oh well, I don't feel like I have much to complain about its a roof over my head, a yard for the dog and the heat works (the jury is still out on the air conditioning) plain and simple its really tough to find a place to live out here so you take what you can get when you can get it.

Book

So I have been kicking around this idea for a while of a book. It started out as a kids book there the idea is Teddy Bears protect your dreams. All the teddy bears in the neighborhood would sneak out in the night to their secret lair and monitor the kids' dreams so they could enter and stop any bad ones.

Then I had a thought of Gnomes vs Teddy Bears! And the epic battle that would ensue over the course of a series! But I don't know my target audience for that one. I want it to be dark and sinister but as an adult novel who would take it any sort of serious? So do I dumb it down and write for a pre-teen audience?

I have no answers yet. I am just going to start writing and see where it will take me. I will share some excerpts as they become available.
